Before I get to the song, I should mention that this is the second time in the past few days I’ve pretty shameless lifted my song of the day from Revolt of the Apes, so please do pay them a visit. You won’t regret it.
As for “Rot Inside”, it carries a bit of the dark and effortlessly cool vibes that Crystal Stilts have been cruising on since their inception, with a bit more of a cinematic, worldly feel to it. It will be on 8, out October 13th on Moon Glyph Records.
You can’t go wrong with Slant 6. BTW, this is being re-released on Dischord next week. Buy it. Check out this interview with Christina Billotte as well.
