Today’s Random Album of the Day is the Self Titled LP from Goat Girl. Goat Girl is Indie Rock with some touches of Neo-Psychedelia, punk and even dance.

My wife had bought me this album and I quite like it. I really love the singer’s voice. The song are generally short and there are a lot of them. Really powerful, tight music. It all has a haunting edge to it. But musically its pure excellence.

Favorite Track(s): “Salty Sounds” is hauntingly tilted in a good way for a super short intro. I Love the power behind “Burn the Stake”. It’s really powerful. “Viper Fish” is so good. “Slowly Reclines” is so good and “The Man” is even better! “I Don’t Care Part 1” really works for me with its angular guitars and memorable vocals. Really the album is so consistently good all that way through…
